Answer:
Vietnam strongly condemns the bomb attack that killed former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, a prestigious politician of Lebanon and the Arab world.
We would like to express our profound condolences to the family of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.
