Vietnam condemns the barbaric terrorist attacks in New Delhi

OF THE VIETNAMESE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS ON 3
Question: Please advise Vietnam's reaction to recent explosions which killed and injured many people in New Delhi?
Answer: We condemn the barbaric terrorist attacks which killed and injured many innocent people in New Delhi, India. We would like to send our deep condolence to the Government and people of India and families of the victims.
We believe that the Government of Prime Minister Mamohan Singh will soon stabilize the situation.
