1. Vice President Truong My Hoa will attend the Global Summit of Women in Cairo, Egypt from 10 to 12 June 2006 as Honorable Co- chairwoman, and pay a working visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt from 12 to 13 June 2006.
The visit of the Vice President to Egypt aims to reinforce and promote the friendly relationship and discuss measures to make bilateral cooperation more efficient.
2. Minister of Industry Hoang Trung Hai to attend the World Economic Forum on East Asia 2006 from 15 to 16 June 2006.
Authorized by Prime Minister Phan Van Khai, Minister of Industry Hoang Trung Hai will attend the World Economic Forum on East Asia 2006 organized by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Tokyo, Japan from 15 to 16 June 2006.
This year, the forum's theme is "Creating a new agenda for Asian Integration". The participants will be discussing issues such as Asian Growth Model, role of Asian enterprises in global competition, Asian financial integration, East Asian Community model, energy prospect and challenges to Asian economic development./.
