Answer:
Vietnam strongly condemns the murder of the Russian diplomats in Baghdad, Iraq. This is a savage and inhuman act. We would like to convey our deep condolences to the Russian Federation Government and the victims' families.
Vietnam expects that the Iraqi Government will take effective measures to ensure safety for the diplomatic corps and foreign diplomats in Iraq, and hopes that the situation in Iraq will soon be stabilized so that the people of Iraq can concentrate on their national reconstruction and development./.
