Vietnamese leaders and people sincerely congratulate Comrade Raul Castro Ruz on his election as the President of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba, as well as other Comrades on their election to the leadership of the Cuban State and 7th National Assembly of People’s Power. The outcome affirmatively illustrates the firm solidarity and broad consensus of the Cuban Party, State, National Assembly of People’s Power and people in perseveringly pursuing the revolutionary cause initiated and led by Comrade Fidel to safeguard national independence and sovereignty and build the Socialist Cuban Fatherland.
Vietnamese leaders and people strongly believe that the Cuban people, under the clear - sighted leadership of the glorious Cuban Communist Party headed by Comrade Fidel Castro Ruz and President Raul Castro, will continue to achieve great victories in their revolution.
