About Vietnam’s reaction to Israel’s ground attack on Gaza Strip on the morning of January 4, 2009, Mr. Le Dzung, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has the following to say:
“Vietnam condemns all acts of military attack causing losses to innocent civilians. Israel must end its excessive use of force and immediately withdraw its troops from Gaza Strip. We support all international efforts to soon resume cease-fire between parties concerned.”
