Remarks by FM Spokesman Le Hai Binh on Japanese FM Press Announcement regarding Viet Nam ODA-funded projects
MOFA - On 18 July 2014, responding to reporters’ questions on Viet Nam’s position on the Japanese Foreign Ministry’s Press Announcement regarding ODA-funded projects in Viet Nam, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Le Hai Binh stated:
“We highly appreciate the strong support by the Japanese Government to the socio-economic development of Viet Nam through official development aids (ODA).
The Vietnamese Government always attaches importance to and make every effort to effectively use ODA from Japan, the largest bilateral ODA partner of Viet Nam. Viet Nam will continue to closely coordinate with the Japanese partners in implementing measures to improve efficiency and prevent negative occurrences in ODA-funded projects.”
