Remarks of MOFA Spokesperson Le Hai Binh on terrorist attacks in northern Sinai Peninsula
(MOFA) - On 28 October 2014, answering reporters’ question on Viet Nam’s reaction to the 24 October terrorist attacks aimed at a checkpoint in the northern Sinai Peninsula of Egypt, MOFA Spokesperson Le Hai Binh stated,
“Viet Nam condemns terrorist attacks aimed at the checkpoint in the northern Sinai Peninsula of Egypt on 24 October 2014 killing and injuring many. We believe that the perpetrators shall receive strict punishment.
We would like to extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to the Government and people of Egypt, as well as the victims’ families.”
