1. Pool Pass
Correspondents wishing to cover the following events are requested to register with the Press and Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Please complete the attached form and return it and/or inform Ms Hang (0904393931) at the Press Center of the 10th National Congress - International Press Room or Press and Information Department (MOFA) by 5pm today, April 17th 2006.

Notes:
The above events are photo opportunities only. Photographer/cameramen who are provided with pool passes must stand in designated areas and are not allowed to move from one event to another event.
For opening session, the photographer/cameramen who are provided with pool passes will proceed from Press Center to Ba Dinh Hall in a group under the guidance of Press Officers. Individual access is not permitted.
Pool passes will be distributed at the International Media Room in the Press Center from 4pm to 5:00 pm April 17, 2006. Please contact Ms Hang: 0904393931.
Pass No 3 is used for both the opening and closing sessions.
