Mr. Igor Ivanovich Shuvalov, Deputy Prime Minister H.E Mr. Hoang Trung Hai, Co-Chairman of the Viet Nam - Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic - Trade and Scientific - Technical Cooperation will be attending the 17th session meeting of the Viet Nam - Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic - Trade and Scientific - Technical Cooperation held in Vladivostok (Russian Federation) from 5th to 7th September 2014.
