The 3rd Indian Ocean Conference – “Building Regional Architectures”
From 27 to 28 August 2018, the 3rd Indian Ocean Conference themed "Building Regional Architectures" will be held in Hanoi. The Conference is an annual effort to bring together Heads of States/Governments, Ministers, Thought Leaders, scholars, diplomats, bureaucrats and practitioners from across the region. Two successful editions of the Conference have been hosted so far in 2016 and 2017 in Singapore and Sri Lanka respectively. The third Conference is co-hosted by the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam and the Indian Foundation. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh will attend and deliver an opening remark at the Conference./.
