Joining the meeting has the appearance of Mrs. Tran Thi Bich Van, Spouse of Deputy Minister Nguyen Quoc Dung, President of the AWCH; Mrs. Hoang Thi Minh Ha, Spouse of Deputy Minister Nguyen Quoc Cuong; and many other Spouses that are members of the AWCH.

Mrs. Tran Thi Bich Van expressed her gratitude to Mrs Arfah Nadiah Binti Ahmad for organizing the first meeting for the group after Lunar New Year.

The AWCH joyfully welcomed a new member, Mrs. Cholatip Kambhu Sangrat, Spouse of Ambassador of Thailand.

At the meeting, Mrs. Tran Thi Bich Van announced the AWCH’s schedule and activities in 2019 with the hope that the members will love their life in Vietnam and get to know more about the beauty of Vietnam’s culture.

Then, the AWCH listened to the history and played two traditional Malaysian games called “Congkak” and “Batu Seremban”. They also tried many traditional Malaysian foods in a very pleasant atmosphere.

At the end of the meeting, Mrs. Hoang Thi Minh Ha briefly introduced Vietnam’s tradional music and then performed some folk songs from 3 regions of Vietnam: North, Central and South. The other members also shared and performed their countries’ traditional songs.
